This product has been authorized by FDA under an EUA for use as source control by healthcare personnel in healthcare settings, as well as by the general public, to help prevent the spread of infection or illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This face mask consists of three components: filter media, attached earloops, and an integrated nosepiece. The mask's filter media, in turn, is composed of three layers: an outer layer made from hydrophobic (water-repellent) non-woven fabric; a filtering layer made from meltblown non-woven fabric; and an inner layer made from hydrophilic non-woven fabric.

1. Inspect the face mask for any damage. 2. Cup the mask in one hand with the nosepiece facing towards your fingers, pull the earloops on each side outwards. 3. Place the mask over your nose and mouth. Hook the earloops behind your ears. 4. Unpleat the filter media by gently pulling from the top and bottom until it fully covers your nose and chin. 5. Place your fingertips on either side of the nosepiece and then run your fingers down both sides of the nosepiece to mold it along the bridge of your nose. Adjust until comfortable.
1. Each face mask is a single-use, non-sterile, disposable product. Do not reuse.
2. Body contacting materials include:100% polypropylene
3. Do not use this product if: (i) it has previously been used; (ii) the packaging is compromised; or (iii) the expiration date has passed.
4. This packaging is sealed and the products inside are valid for two years from the date of manufacture.
5. This product is not a surgical mask providing liquid barrier protection. Do not use in clinical settings where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high, for high risk aerosol-generating procedures, or as a respiratory protective device.
